I found a pretty cool effect that allows you to add lots of bubbles to a picture. So I decided to make an "underwater scene". I turned this one into three layers, one for the bubbles in the back, one for Larry in the middle, and one for the bubbles in the front. That way it looks more like Larry is surrounded by the bubbles rather than behind or in front of them. I also used the wind effect to make it look like Larry is falling. Then I just used semi-transparent text in front. I think it looks nice even though it's pretty simple.
I think the picture is cool. I think you should try making one without the wind effect and the "Falling" word, too, though. Like this it looks a bit like an out-of-focus snapshot.
